Contraindications and Recommendations

With your well-being in mind, we have compiled a list of basic recommendations for participating in the WOWBODY app programs.

The app programs are designed for:

  • Women aged 18 to 55, looking to adopt a healthy eating lifestyle.
  • Women with a weight range of 3-30 kg above the norm.
  • Individuals with metabolic or cellulite issues.
  • Postpartum recovery (you can start 8 weeks after a normal delivery or 4 months after a C-section with your doctor's approval)

Strictly avoid performing the app exercises if you have any health-related contraindications. Each program has its own intensity level (physical fitness level) and, therefore, its own contraindications:


Program: "Healthy Back"

Level: Beginners

Contraindications: recent surgeries, acute pain during active illness phases, pregnancy, any injuries, or discomfort.


Program: "Weight Loss" (Rounds 1, 2, 3)

Level: Beginners, Intermediate

Contraindications: pregnancy, gynecological issues, urinary incontinence, cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal disorders, weight of 85 kg+.


Program: "Running"

Level: Beginners, Prepared

Contraindications: pregnancy, gynecological issues, urinary incontinence, cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal disorders, weight of 85 kg+.


Program: "Stretching and Barre"

Level: Beginners, Intermediate

Contraindications: weight of 85 kg+, knee problems.


Program: "Abs and Glutes"

Level: Beginners, Intermediate

Contraindications: pregnancy, gynecological issues, urinary incontinence, cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal disorders, weight of 85 kg+.


Program: "Target Zones"

Level: Intermediate

Contraindications: weight of 85 kg+, knee problems.


Program: "Dance MIX"

Level: Beginners

Contraindications: heart or musculoskeletal issues, weight of 85 kg+.


Program: Program: "Mom and Child"

Level: Children aged 4-8 with mom/dad

Contraindications: pregnancy, gynecological issues, urinary incontinence, weight of 85 kg+.


Program: "Nutrition"

Level: For the whole family

Contraindications: diagnosed individual dietary peculiarities, gastrointestinal tract disorders, and eating disorder diagnoses like bulimia.


If you have a history of gastrointestinal tract disorders or food allergies, please consult with your doctor to tailor the program menu accordingly.

Please note: before purchasing any app program, be sure to consult with your doctor to obtain clearance and determine the optimal level of physical activity.

You can start using the WOWBODY app after a natural delivery not earlier than 8 weeks and after a C-section not earlier than 12 weeks.

Please note: in the absence of medical or other contraindications, you can proceed.

The app offers various types of workouts (strength exercises, jumps, cardio under a timer, running, body ballet, target zone training, back health exercises, diastasis recti exercises, and stretching). If any specific exercises are restricted for you, you can choose alternative workouts from the WOW Secrets section.

Subscription

Downloading the WOWBODY app is free and available for iOS and Android users.

For full access to all the app's features (including various workouts and a year's worth of nutrition), there are two subscription options*: monthly and yearly.

* Subscription - a purchasing model where automatic renewal (charged for the chosen access period in the app) takes place. In the app, you can opt for a 1-month or 1-year purchase.

Program start: Participants can choose to begin on the day of subscription or the following day.

Prepare yourself for daily commitment, as the results depend on completing all the tasks.

Nutrition

Enjoy a well-balanced seasonal menu for 365 days, carefully crafted by leading dieticians and nutritionists to cater to your body's needs, ensuring you feel good and energized.

  • Daily meal plans (3 (1300 kcal) or 4 (1500 kcal) meals per day).
  • Dishes made from simple and accessible ingredients, with step-by-step recipes and desserts.
  • Convenient substitutions for dishes/products, considering proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. (або carbs)
  • Practical supermarket shopping list categorized for easy use.
  • Flexibility to select portion sizes for each meal up to 5 days in advance.

To ensure daily progress, make sure to have internet access or download workouts for offline access.
