THE PROGRAM
The Running training program destroys the barriers that have been sitting in the head since school years. Running training is not about standards, endless laps around the stadium, shortness of breath, pain in the side or knees. Your trainer will teach you how to run so that you don't swing, but enjoy the process and get results.
